24 Hour Care
Anchor Community Support wants you and your loved ones to experience a unique Supported Living option that ensures comfort, provide confident and capable support workers, and ultimately enables our service users to live as independently as possible. Our care team work alongside the service user and their family to carefully curate a coordinated and tailored support plan. Our carers are carefully selected to best support your loved ones likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests – so that they fit seamlessly into their lifestyle like a friend and companion.
Supported Living
Anchor Community Support provide a supported living service that assists our service users with a range of support needs to retain their independence whilst still having the extra physical and emotional support needed to lead full lives. By choosing Anchor Community Support, you are making a step towards a greater level of independence, and we are on hand to provide encouragement and support throughout the process to make the transition as simple, positive and rewarding.
Specialist Care
Anchor Community Support wants to make our community better for everyone; including those with complex or additional needs. We have designed our service to be inclusive and support people who require specialist care, perhaps individuals who may have had alcohol or drug dependency issues in the past. We will move mountains to make sure you get the care that is right for you!
Mental Health & Learning Disabilities
Anchor Community Support believes that anyone with a mental health, learning, or physical disabilities should have the same right and access to care and support as every other member of society. Every condition is different, whether you have a mental health condition, a learning disability, or live with a physical disability, we aim to help you live well and more independently.
